Chief Ruben Moyeno is the Chief of Police of the Municipal Police of Carolina Puerto Rico with 37-years of experience. I had the absolute honor to talk to him and talk about his life, experience, his role as a police chief and about the 3 fallen officers that were in his command.
We are joined by a special co-host, Claudia Moreno, who is a former police officer for Fresno PD in Central California.
